MOVE@ Core Gym
What is it?
MOVE is a 6 week course open to anyone who is interested in a more mindful way of training with the goal of developing a healthy and sustainable relationship exercise.
MOVE is for anyone who would like to learn how to use strength training as a way of improving and managing mental health conditions.
I work with a trauma informed approach so I have an understanding of what we have been through in our lives can shape the way we move and use our bodies.
MOVE will be an open & safe space for you to experiment with different methods and movement and find what works for you.

Following your first 6 weeks, you can continue the sessions on a monthly block booking system.
